Does this include tooth charting or dental treatment planning?+
Tooth charting, periodontal charting and dedicated dental treatment planning are outside this offering. Watson focuses on the connected practice workflow: patient communication, appointments, arrival, visit documentation, billing and follow-up. Your specialist dental tools remain part of the workflow you review with the team.
Can patients book through WhatsApp or a phone call?+
Watson can answer practical questions using your practice information and check suitable appointments with the dentists who offer the service. Your durations, working hours, breaks and buffers shape the available times. Questions requiring dental judgement go to your team.
How are panels and insurance handled?+
Keep the insurer or panel, TPA, membership information and claim reference with the bill. Track the amount still due and record collection when your staff confirms it. Eligibility checks and claims continue through your panel's process; recording a panel does not confirm dental coverage.
Is every patient recalled after six months?+
No. Your practice decides who needs a next visit and when. A dentist-directed review, an unanswered enquiry, a missed appointment and a routine recall are different workflows. The timing, audience and approved message are agreed around that purpose.
Can we review the workflow before changing systems?+
Yes. Bring your current appointment, records, billing and stock workflow to the demo. We review the required setup, data you can export, specialist systems you use and the scope of the change before agreeing a rollout.
