Go get a coffee.

Booked customers and walk-ins check in at the door and get a ticket. They don't have to sit and watch the clock: your desk sends a WhatsApp when it's nearly their turn. Your desk runs it all from one board, and the TV by the door keeps the room posted.

Before you set it up

Queue & Check-in is on the RM 499 plan, a month per location.

Q1

Do I need special equipment?
A tablet or computer at the desk, and any TV that can open a web link.

Q2

What if the internet drops?
The desk keeps working. Everything is saved on the tablet and syncs when you're back online.

Q3

Do customers need an app?
No. They scan with their phone's camera, and the 'nearly your turn' message comes on WhatsApp.

Q4

Can we stop taking walk-ins?
Yes. Close walk-ins when you're full, and the queue and the TV say so.

Q5

What happens at checkout?
Take payment from the board, by cash, DuitNow QR or a payment link, then close the visit.
